Four years now and time to say "so long"

I have had the pleasure of knowing and photographing this wonderful family for four years.  Now they are on their way to bigger and better things in PA and I will miss them terribly.  Although, Jannell assures me that I that I will be going to PA to do their sessions!  

And Steve would like you to know that....yes, that is the famous dad and daughter whose image hung in my studio and everyone adored the image!!

Two for the price of one

I have been fortunate enough to do a lot of work for Baystate Parent Magazine and have enjoyed every bit of it.

Recently they asked me to capture two comedians that they are featuring.  I had the most fun meeting and spending time with both of them.

Christine Hurley is now writing a column for the magazine monthly titled "Dirty Laundry" and so I was inspired....

 

And their June's Dad's Who Rock featured Steve Rich.  He and his family had me in stitches.  I wanted to seriously move in!

Apparently that is a typical evening in the Rich home and yes, even the guinei pig got in on the action!

Boston Family.....so adorable....

I was tickled pink when another photographer referred their client to me to capture their second child.  Rebecca Mudrick of Darling Art is an amazing photographer but was not able to be in Boston when this little doll arrived.  Thank you, Rebecca!

Call off the search party!

I know, I know....it's been a long time since I posted to the blog.  I apologize for that.  Life at MCP has been an absolute whirlwind these days.  The busy season of the business decided to start earlier than usual and I am not complaining but man, my head is spinning!

There have been tons of really fun sessions lately and I cannot wait to blog them all....so please, sit back and enjoy as the blog posts roll in over the course of the next week or so to catch up!

MCP has also been working very hard at redesigning/re-prettyfying (yes, I just made that word up) the blog which should be unvieled relatively soon!  

A special thank you to all of my clients for their patience and understanding these past few months.

Lots of 2's

I have been photographing 2 cute Jude since he was still inside his mommy's tummy and here he is at 2 years old. And what's more exciting is that he has 2 siblings on the way!  Yes, twins will invade Jude's little life very soon!  Poor fella!  Good thing he has 2 incredibly wonderful parents!

Anticipation and the beach!

I cannot tell you how increbily awesome it was for me to drive down to Wellfleet on a March day!  It had me hankering for summer sooo badly!  AND I actually got to do  some of this session at the BEACH!  Forget that it snowed the day after this session and forget that she had a red nose rather quickly...we still did it!

Cannot wait to meet this little man soon!
